After escaping family violence, Tracy was left facing an uncertain financial future. But she was determined to get back on her feet. Thanks to your donations, Tracy (and other women like her) are able to access life-changing services from Good Shepherd”.
160 Years of Impact
For 160 years Good Shepherd has been supporting women, girls and their families, but we can’t do it without you. Your donation supports our work to create a future where women and girls can live fulfilling lives.
Our history in Australia goes back to 1863, when Sister Mary Euphrasia Pelletier sent four Good Shepherd Sisters to Melbourne to support women and children in difficult circumstances. We’ve grown into an organisation that touches lives across the globe, advocating for and supporting women experiencing disadvantage, violence and uncertainty, from all walks of life.
Today, Good Shepherd is the world’s largest and longest-running organisation supporting women and girls, with a presence in 73 countries. Thank you for being part of our journey.
Together, we can create lasting change and build a brighter future for women, girls and their families. Your generous donation will help rebuild, move forward and live fulfilling lives.
When you donate to Good Shepherd, you are walking with us, to walk alongside women, girls and their families experiencing disadvantage and vulnerability. We’re grateful for your support.
